We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring efficiency and compliance within the workplace.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Handle incoming calls and other communications - Oversee file management and maintain office filing systems - Coordinate training development for staff members - Plan and organize office events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Quotes and estimates for rentals - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work - Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude - Knowledge of basic human resources practices - Willing to drive for part pick up within a 15 mile radius - Ability to manage schedules effectively -Control Social medias and provide content -Managing day to day invoices -Limited inside sales This position offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic work environment where your contributions will be valued.
